MONDAYS : 5:45-7 pm : Level 1-2 : FOUNDATIONS OF YOGA
Well rounded yoga practice including basic breath, meditation, postures, & relaxation. Simple dharma talks, & insightful lessons in body-mind awareness. Beginner Friendly. Investment : $15/drop-in or OM package


EVERY THIRD MONDAY : 7:30pm : GUIDED MEDITATION
February 18th - The Heart Sutra: The Art of Letting Go
March 18th - Spring Equinox: Chakra Yoga Nidra
Align with subtle body awareness. Refine your focus, & experience deep restful states of meditation. Align with mental & emotional qualities of balanced being. Suitable for beginners & beyond.

WEDNESDAYS : 4:30-5:30 pm :  Level 1 : INTRO TO YOGA & MEDITATION
Learn the basics of strength, stability & stretch in yoga postures to improve your balance & body awareness. Improve your concentration & focus with breathing exercises & guided meditation. Suitable for beginners, and those who aim to improve their understanding & confidence in the basics of yoga & meditation. Investment : $15/drop-in or OM package

 

THURSDAYS :  6-7:15 pm : Level 1-2 : YIN YOGA
Approach Yin Yoga as a seasonal self care & healing practice. Practice postures that support balanced energy. Experience the insight of sustaining postures for 3-5 minutes. Cultivate subtle body awareness & practice meditation technique. Learn to use Yin postures to inform & develop your current practice. Learn to be still & skillfully navigate inner dialogue.
Suitable for beginners & beyond. Investment : $15/drop-in or OM package


SUNDAY : 10:30-11:30 am : Level 1 : RESTORATIVE YOGA
Rest & renew with the basics of restorative yoga.  Engage in gentle movements that support moving into stillness & ease. Beginner Friendly. Investment : $15/drop-in or OM package


SUNDAY : 12-1:15 pm : Level 1-2 : RESTORATIVE YOGA
Seasonal inspired restorative yoga sequences paired with energy center visualizations & breath practices to support mind-body balance & awareness. Beginner Friendly. Investment : $15/drop-in or OM package
 

Pay in studio via cash/check/card.
Drop-in $15, 5 classes/$60, 10 classes/$100 - packages expire 6 months after first use.
