Where can I register for classes?

Where is the practice space at 619 SW Water Street, Suite 3B, Peoria, IL?
All of our offerings are at OM on the River Yoga Center in the historic LeVieux Carre building on the corner of State & Water. You can enter Le Vieux Carré courtyard, and follow the brick ramp to the double doors. Enter the single door on the right, & just inside the door you will see a sign for stairs or elevator. Go up to 3rd floor, & look for OM on the River signage to suite 3B.
Where is parking & is it free?
Parking is free. At 619 SW Water Street you can park in the lot across from the building on the corner of State & Water labeled for Le Vieux Carré businesses (between the railroad tracks & the river).
Which Yoga class is right for me?
If you are new to Yoga, it might take some time to find the right day, time & teacher.
Consider classes that complement & assist you in attaining your goals.
Here is some info to consider whether your are new or expanding your practice:
New to Yoga : Foundations, Restorative, Yin & Individual
Beyond Beginner, Active/Challenging & Advanced Asana : Workshops, Training, Visiting Teachers, Individual Yoga & Immersions
Injuries & Health Concerns : Restorative, Yin, Individual, or call for a consult
Meditation & Breath : Guided Meditation,Yoga Nidra, Gong Bath, Restorative, Yin, Kirtan
Spirituality & Philosophy Focus : workshops, guest teachers, individual yoga

What if I register in advance for a weekly class, special offering, or individual session and need to cancel or don’t show up?
Weekly class with Tamo: cancellations up to 3 hours before the class will be credited to account. Please manage in your online account.
Special Offerings including all series, guest teachers, workshops, speakers: no refunds or studio credit*
*Registrations/Cancellations disputes can be submitted vie email: info@omontheriver.com
Individual Sessions: less than 24 hours notice will be billed full cost of session
No shows will be charged full price.

We understand that emergencies come up & life plans change, so thank you for connecting with advance notice.
What is your refund policy for Visiting Teachers, Professional Trainings & Retreats?
We understand that plans occasionally change and unanticipated circumstances sometimes arise. Its is therefore necessary that we have consistent refund and credit policies that are fair to you, the studio and the presenter. Thank you for your support.
For refund requests at least one week prior to the start of the event, you may request a refund less 15% of tuition/offering & cost of manual/materials for class.
For refund requests less than one week before the event, you may request a refund less 50% of tuition/offering & cost of manual/materials for class.
For refund requests 24 hours or less before the event, no refunds or credits will be given.
If you do not show up for an event, no refunds or credits will be given.
No pro-rates, credits or transfers are available for any of our special events for classes/days that you are absent or unable to attend (includes class series and workshops). We appreciate your understanding of this policy.
Do I need to bring anything/what should I wear?
We’ve got mats, props & other supports you might need for practice or you can bring your own. You can wear comfortable clothes that aren’t too baggy.
How many people attend the classes?
Classes are limited to 12 students.
How much do workshops, retreats, series & events cost?

What types of payment do you accept?
We use Stripe for online payments & PayPal for IN-Studio credit card transactions. Checks accepted for some special offerings, individual yoga and events.
How do CLASSCARD’s work?
You can register for classes here: https://tamovisionyoga.heymarvelous.com This online registration system keeps track of your purchases, attendance and remaining classes. CLASSCARD’s apply to most 30-90 minutes classes on the schedule. CLASSCARD’s 5/$75 or 10/$130. Please contact 309.231.9642 for assistance.
Do 5/10 class packages & individual sessions expire?
Yes, and…. Our cancellation policy has been in effect since 2009.
All 5 & 10 CLASSCARD’s expire 200 days after purchase.
How do gift certificates work?
You can purchase an OM on the River gift certificate by contacting info@omontheriver.com to use for classes and individual yoga.
What kind of services do you offer to individuals & small groups?
Tammy {Tamo} Mitchell offers specialized, supportive and personalized yoga to individuals & small groups. Instruction includes application of therapeutic yoga & self-care techniques from traditional yoga roots in the East, and branches of modern day application from the West.
